STANDARD/UPS GROUND SHIPPING EXPEDITED SHIPPING
All items that are in-stock ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.
We are able to expedite shipping. Please contact us for more information.
We take every precaution to ensure your purchase is of the utmost quality and free of defects. When your purchase arrives, please inspect it carefully for any damages. If the purchase arrives damaged or defective, please email email@example.com within 5 business days of receipt.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 30 days of receipt of product. Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refunds unless defective or damaged. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is defective or damaged.
Please follow these steps to return merchandise:
Contact customer service by email: firstname.lastname@example.org .
Receive a return merchandise authorization number (RA#) from customer service.
Complete the return form that is e-mailed to you.
Repack merchandise in the original box with original packing material.

If you are local and would prefer to return you items in the store, here's what you need to do:
Bring your packing slip and products and we will gladly refund your card or exchange your item.
After we receive and process your return we will credit your account accordingly. We can only offer refunds on shipping and handling when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.
